We are seeking Software Engineers to drive digital transformation in Japan's rapidly growing accommodation industry. You will contribute to developing and improving SaaS products that enhance operational efficiency and guest experiences for hotels, including a Hotel Management System, Guest Web App, and Smart Check-in System.
Hybrid work possible, with designated days for office attendance. Office location: M.BALANCE+JINGU KITASANDO 4F, 4-27-5 Sendagaya, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo. Flextime system available (10:00 - 19:00).
Salary: 5,000,000 JPY - 8,500,000 JPY. Stock Option (SO) system available. Includes commuting allowance and PC provision. 10 days paid annual leave after 6 months.
