We are seeking a Head of Engineering to lead the development of our AI x Payroll BPaaS product. You will be responsible for technical strategy, roadmap planning, and improving development processes. This role involves close collaboration with business, BPO, and service engineering teams to realize our product vision.
Must-haves
- Experience in technical strategy and roadmap development.
- Experience in architecture, technology selection, security, and data protection decisions.
- Experience in improving development processes (code review, CI/CD, release management).
- Experience in balancing technical debt and new development.
- Experience in triaging and preventing recurrence of issues and quality problems.
- Experience in visualizing and continuously improving development productivity, quality, lead time, and operational load.
- Experience in creating an environment where members can autonomously discover issues and collaborate to complete them.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with AI Agent/AI development verification, scope, safety standards, and evaluation methods.
- Experience in organizing requirements and making decisions with business managers, BPO, service engineers, and sales/planning teams.
- Experience in determining how to address customer requests and inquiries (individual support, peripheral tools, or core product).
