We are seeking individuals to join our Community Development Division to promote community-based town development. This role involves fostering human connections and collaborating with local residents, companies, and municipalities to enhance town value. You will be involved in the entire process from planning to execution and improvement.
Primarily office-based with partial remote work possible. Flextime system (Standard working hours: 8 hours/day, Core time: 10:00-15:00). Location: Tokyo.
Salary determined based on experience, skills, and role. Includes 20 hours of fixed overtime allowance per month. Salary increases twice a year. Probationary period: 3 months.
