We are seeking an AI Native Engineer to accelerate the development of our marketing DX platform, "Kaname.ax". This role involves enhancing data processing capabilities and expanding features using proprietary AI technology to extract marketing insights from social media and customer feedback.
Must-haves
- 2-3+ years of web application development experience (outsourced or in-house)
- Interest in AI and data domains

Salary: Monthly 500,000 - 750,000 JPY (Annual 6,000,000 - 9,000,000 JPY). Includes housing allowance (20,000 JPY/month, with conditions), remote HQ equipment rental, free company cafeteria, child allowance, employee stock ownership plan, book purchase subsidy, and training support.
