Must-haves
- 4+ years of experience developing web or mobile applications full-stack (frontend, backend, infrastructure, security)
- Experience proactively identifying and solving product challenges, involving others
- Native-like fluency in Japanese

- Experience developing applications in AWS using Go or TypeScript
- Experience leading development teams (Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, Scrum Master)
- Experience integrating AI to automate customer tasks
