This role is responsible for the operation and improvement of the core system used by store staff and headquarters employees at Japan's largest wellness company. You will analyze issues, propose improvements, and drive the enhancement of the in-house system, connecting the field, development, and vendors to support store operations and business growth.
Must-haves
- Experience handling escalated inquiries and analyzing root causes.
- Experience proposing and implementing system improvements.
- Experience coordinating with development vendors and directing their work.
- Experience in requirement definition for UI/UX improvements and feature additions.
- Experience in improving and standardizing system operation rules and business processes.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience utilizing Power Automate and generative AI for operational efficiency and automation.
- Experience with Java (Seasar2, Struts, Spring) and React.
- Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, WAF) and SQLServer.
