Must-haves
- Experience in AI research (graduate level) or IT consulting/SIer background.
- Experience in AI agent construction and AI feature development for client companies.
- Ability to lead AI-first business process redesign from consulting to implementation.
- Experience in designing and developing AI agent infrastructure using DWH.
- Proficiency in Python (FastAPI) for full-stack development from PoC to production.
- Ability to lead technical decision-making and standardize development processes.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with LLM integration, RAG, AI agents, prompt engineering, MCP.
- Experience in structuring complex existing systems and redesigning legacy processes.
- Experience in developing and improving internal AI utilization infrastructure and delivery infrastructure.
