As a core member of the expanding FDE organization, you will lead AI-first business process redesign from consulting to implementation and operation, while also shaping the organization by fostering junior talent and improving technical foundations.
Must-haves
- Experience in consulting and development
- Experience in AI consulting and implementation
- Experience in leading projects from strategy to success
- Experience in building relationships with stakeholders at various levels
- Experience in designing architectures using LLM integration, RAG, AI agents, prompt engineering, MCP, etc.
- Experience in full-stack development using Python (FastAPI) / TypeScript (Next.js, Node.js)
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in business domains such as management, accounting, finance, strategic planning, ERP/BI/DWH
