Flextime system with 10:00-19:00 as the basic working hours (Core Time 11:00-18:00). Location: Tokyo.
Monthly Salary: ¥241,667 (includes ¥40,492 fixed overtime allowance for 20 hours regular overtime, 5 hours late-night work, and 5 hours holiday work). Overtime pay provided separately if exceeded. Salary revisions twice a year. May be offered contract employee status if not meeting regular employee standards. Probationary period: 3 months.
