Must-haves

- Ability to conduct client interviews, define requirements, and make technical proposals.
- Experience with AI pair programming using tools like Claude Code and Cursor.
- Experience with delivery and operational design in client environments (AWS / Azure / GCP).
- Ability to collaborate with consultants and clients on specification reviews and technical reviews.
