Seeking In-House System Engineers to provide comprehensive IT support for the entire group, including internal systems and clinics. Must-haves
- Experience in IT support (internal helpdesk, network operations, security promotion)
- Experience managing Microsoft 365 / Entra ID
- Experience with security measures (e.g., EDR tuning, rule formulation)
- Experience responding to network failures and coordinating with vendors/on-site personnel
- Experience in BCP (Business Continuity Plan) operations and manual development
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in simple analysis and improvement support for sales/CV
