Must-haves
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience (front-end, back-end, infrastructure)
- Experience designing and operating RDBs (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
- Development experience in Google Cloud or AWS environments
- Experience with AI-driven development using tools like Claude Code/Cursor
- Management experience in a development team or equivalent lead experience
Nice-to-haves
- Experience building/operating local LLMs
- Experience building web scraping and data collection pipelines
- Experience with text analysis and data analysis
- Experience in startups or 0 to 1 phase development
- Experience gaining consensus and making decisions with management
