Lead the technology strategy for medical DX as CTO/VPoE candidate. You will drive the technical and organizational aspects of medical DX products, connecting business strategy with technical strategy and building the organization. This role offers a career path towards CTO/VPoE, working closely with management to support business growth.
Must-haves
- Experience in the entire lifecycle of web service or SaaS product development, from upstream (requirements definition, design) to operation.
- Experience managing a development team as an Engineering Manager (EM) or equivalent.
- Experience connecting business perspective with technology selection and development decisions for business growth.
- Product development experience in a business company.
Nice-to-haves
- Organizational building experience as VPoE, CTO, or Tech Lead.
- Experience launching a technology department in a startup or new business.
- System development experience in the medical/healthcare domain.
- Advanced security design and personal information protection experience.
- Ability to conduct technical discussions in English.
Work style
Onsite, Tokyo (Minato City). Remote work is negotiable.

Annual salary: JPY 7,000,000 - 10,000,000. The final salary will be determined based on experience, skills, and previous salary.
