Join a rapidly growing HRTech company as a core member driving AI x Multi-Product Development. The company specializes in IT engineer career support, leveraging a large media presence and proprietary systems to innovate in the IT recruitment market. This role involves developing and improving job portals, lifestyle media, and internal DX initiatives, including AI matching.
Office near the station (7 minutes walk from JR Shibuya Station), Tokyo. Working hours: 9:30 - 18:30. Completely two-day weekend system (Saturdays and Sundays off).
Annual salary: ¥6,000,000 - ¥12,000,000. Includes fixed overtime pay (¥117,000 or more, equivalent to 45 hours). Excess hours will be paid separately. Salary increases twice a year. Bonuses twice a year. Welcome bonus available for those residing far away. Full-time employee. Trial period: 6 months.
