We are seeking AI Specialists to evolve our in-house SaaS product, "eセールスマネージャー," by implementing new AI features and foundations. You will be involved in planning, designing, developing, and deploying AI technologies to create new user experiences and product value.
Must-haves
- Experience in planning, designing, and developing AI features and foundations.
- Experience implementing and deploying AI features into products.
- Experience leading design reviews and providing technical consultations.
- Experience in PoC development and high-difficulty feature development.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience researching and applying the latest AI technologies (e.g., from arXiv, technical articles, new AI services).
- Experience in planning new AI features based on customer and business needs.
- Experience designing and building AI foundations, agent foundations, and MCP.
- Experience with AI low-code/no-code development platforms.
- Experience in AI database foundations and knowledge suggestion systems.
Work style
Onsite, working in a scrum team of 3-5 members (AI engineers, backend engineers, frontend engineers).
