We are seeking the first dedicated SRE to build and improve the reliability, availability, and scalability of our HRTech/FinTech platform, "miive". You will play a key role in ensuring a stable and comfortable user experience, and will be involved in all aspects of SRE, including architecture design, security, and infrastructure support for new products.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of experience as an SRE or DevOps engineer
- Experience designing web service infrastructure architecture
- Experience building and operating infrastructure in cloud environments, primarily AWS
- Experience building infrastructure with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
- Experience designing and operating monitoring systems using tools like Prometheus or Datadog
- Experience developing large-scale services in Go or other languages
- Lead experience in backend API design and DB design for commercial services
- Experience developing BtoB services
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with payment system implementation
- Experience designing and operating SLI/SLO/SLA
- Performance tuning experience with middleware (e.g., MySQL)
- Experience with Policy as Code using tools like Conftest
- Experience developing and operating serverless applications/infrastructure
- Experience identifying and solving service issues, including customer environments
- Experience developing SaaS products
- Experience designing and conducting load tests

Work style
Hybrid work (3 days in office, 2 days remote). Flexible working hours with core hours from 11:00 to 16:00.
Other notes
Salary range: 6,600,000 - 9,800,000 JPY per year. Includes 45 hours of overtime allowance per month; additional overtime pay will be provided if exceeded. Stock options may be granted. Side jobs are allowed with application.
