As a Data Scientist in our SI business, you will lead projects from hypothesis formulation and value verification to production operation and retraining. You will work directly with clients to visualize and define issues, conduct PoCs, and manage implementation and operational design.
Must-haves
- Experience in end-to-end data analysis processes (hypothesis to decision support)
- Experience in designing experiments and evaluation metrics (KPIs)
- Experience in model operation (monitoring, drift detection, retraining) including MLOps
- Ability to lead the standardization and deployment of analysis standards and best practices
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders across diverse industries
- Experience in organizing and leading high-difficulty projects with clients
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in statistical validity, reproducibility, explainability, and privacy/governance
- Experience in leading the standardization and knowledge sharing within an organization
