Lead frontend development for a dementia ecosystem initiative using AI and technology. This role involves driving frontend strategy, architecture, and implementation across multiple products, aiming to reduce healthcare costs and improve quality of life. Must-haves
- Extensive experience in web application and service development.
- Deep frontend development experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js for large-scale applications.
- Experience in technical selection, architecture design, development, release, and operation.
- Proven ability to lead and direct, including giving instructions and conducting code reviews for contract members.
- Experience with Next.js production development, utilizing SSR/SSG/ISR/CSR for public pages and member apps.
- Experience designing and leading performance improvements for content delivery, including CDN and cache strategies.
- Experience with Core Web Vitals and TTFB metrics, driving improvements based on measurement.
Nice-to-haves
- Understanding of frontend security vulnerabilities (XSS, CSRF) and authentication/authorization.
- Experience integrating AI technologies (LLM) into products or development workflows.
- Experience building a frontend organization or team from scratch.
- Deep understanding and practical experience with accessibility, especially for the elderly.

Salary: 7,000,000 - 15,000,000 JPY per year. Full-time employment. Probation period: 3 months. Overtime: approx. 20-30 hours/month.
