As a Windows Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain core Windows applications and remote control software for our main product, OPTiM Biz. You will be responsible for the entire client-side development lifecycle, from new feature additions to legacy code refactoring and bug fixes.
Must-haves
- Experience in designing, implementing, verifying, and maintaining Windows applications and agents using C++, C#, and Windows API (Win32).
- Experience developing client applications for remote PC access, including core feature modifications/improvements for screen sharing and remote control.
- Ability to investigate the impact of new features on existing systems and other OS, and perform refactoring.
- Troubleshooting skills including root cause analysis, OS behavior analysis, and log analysis.
- Experience coordinating technical requirements and negotiating schedules with business stakeholders and other units (planning, support, testing teams).
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with MFC for UI construction.
- Familiarity with server-side連携 using Ruby on Rails.
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Experience with mobile native languages (Swift/Kotlin).
- Experience utilizing generative AI (Claude Code, Codex) for tasks like requirement definition, documentation creation, and development process efficiency.
