BellFace is seeking an SRE Engineer to lead the development and operations infrastructure building for their AI product, bellSalesAI. This role reports directly to the CTO and is crucial for solidifying the technical organization and scaling operations during the company's "implementation" phase.
Must-haves
- Experience building and operating cloud infrastructure (approx. 3+ years)
- Experience designing and building services using AWS
- Experience managing infrastructure using IaC (e.g., Terraform)
- Experience developing backend applications
- Daily use of AI development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex)
- Ability to self-drive from design to execution in ambiguous situations
Nice-to-haves
- Experience transitioning from external development to in-house
- Experience with AWS account migration and multi-account operations
- Experience visualizing, analyzing, and reducing costs for AWS/LLM/SaaS
- Deep knowledge in the security domain
- Leadership experience in SRE/infrastructure

Monthly Salary: ¥750,000 - ¥1,250,000. Annual Salary Lower Limit: ¥9.0 Million. Annual Salary Upper Limit: ¥15.0 Million. Fixed overtime pay: 45 hours/month. Excess hours paid separately.
