Must-haves
- Approximately 5+ years of web application development experience (frontend or backend focus)
- Proficiency in at least one programming language
- Ability to work on and self-learn areas outside of your primary expertise (frontend/backend)
- Experience developing on public cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud
- Experience in team development, including design and code reviews
- Experience using AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code) or the ability to design development processes assuming their use
- Proactive attitude to organize specifications and backlogs in collaboration with PdM and other roles
- Willingness to go beyond defined roles and technical boundaries (PM, design, QA, operations, frontend, backend, infra)
Nice-to-haves
- Development experience with Go
- Experience with modern frontend stacks like TypeScript, React, or Next.js
- Knowledge and experience in web security
- Experience with technical writing (e.g., tech blogs)
- Knowledge of or strong interest in decarbonization/GX domains
- Project lead experience as PdM/PjM
