SARUCREW is seeking an architect to lead the design and technical decision-making for their data infrastructure. This role will focus on architecting AI-powered internal business improvement tools by understanding business unit challenges and bridging data gaps between advertisers and distribution channels.
Must-haves
- 5+ years of professional experience as an engineer
- Experience in system architecture design (regardless of scale)
- Ability to understand business models structurally and reflect them in design
Nice-to-haves
- Experience leading technology selection, architecture design, and construction for an entire service
- Experience leading overall product design/operations construction and driving projects with a team
- Experience in backend API design/DB design for commercial services
- Experience in infrastructure design, operation, and construction for large-scale services
- Experience in continuous effect verification and accuracy improvement in machine learning/AI agent development projects
- Experience leading development and teams
- Experience in domain modeling and aggregate boundary design

Work style

Other notes
Monthly salary: ¥670,000 - ¥1,200,000. Annual salary: ¥8,000,000 - ¥12,000,000. Bonus twice a year. Salary increase twice a year.
