Must-haves
- Experience in IT support or internal IT roles.
- Experience with account management and operation of Google Workspace.
- Experience with PC/mobile device setup, kitting, and management.
- Experience handling IT inquiries (help desk) from stores and headquarters.
- Experience supporting the operation of various cloud services and IT tools.
- Experience with PC and account setup for new hires.
- Experience managing and operating IT assets (PCs, peripherals, etc.).
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with initial response for internal network and IT environment.
