This role involves supporting large enterprises with DX through consulting, focusing on AI utilization and data-driven management. You will also manage a consulting/PM team of about 10 people.
Must-haves
- Experience in consulting or implementation related to DX, AI, or data utilization.
- Experience in proposing and implementing solutions using tools like DWH, ERP, CRM.
- Experience in data strategy, roadmap formulation, data governance, architecture setup, and data utilization.
- Experience in managing a team of consultants/PMs (even if not in a formal management role previously).
- Willingness to contribute to building and forming an organization.

- Experience in AI research at the graduate level.
- Experience from major SIer or consulting firms.
- Experience in AI agent operation infrastructure architecture design.

- Experience in logistics system WMS system renewal/reconstruction.

Salary: Average annual salary 9.3 million JPY. Bonus and stock options available. 70% of project unit price returned as total compensation.
