Kaushe is seeking its first dedicated Data Engineer to design and build the data infrastructure for their Discovery EC platform, "Kaushe." This role will be responsible for the entire data engineering lifecycle, from clarifying data utilization needs to pipeline design, construction, BI tool setup, and operations.
Must-haves
- Experience in designing, building, maintaining, and operating data infrastructure.
- Data modeling experience and advanced SQL skills.
- Ability to define and implement non-functional requirements for data infrastructure.
- Experience with Dataform, dbt, BigQuery.
- Software development experience using Github, Terraform, CI/CD, and programming languages.
- Advanced Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N1 or higher) is required for high-level communication.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience building and operating ML infrastructure.
- Advanced data analysis experience as an analyst.
- Software development experience as a backend engineer.
- Tech lead or engineering management experience.
