Seeking Go Engineers to operate the discovery EC platform "カウシェ" with 7 million downloads. You will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for the entire development lifecycle from requirements definition to operation, while actively contributing to technical improvements and AI-native development practices.
Must-haves
- 2+ years of backend development and operations experience (excluding PoCs and internal services)
- Backend development experience in one of the following languages: Go, Ruby, PHP, Java, Python, Typescript, Scala, Kotlin, Dart
- Ability to drive software development with ownership
- Japanese language proficiency: JLPT N1 or higher required for advanced communication
Nice-to-haves
- Go and Google Cloud development/operations experience
- Tech lead, team building, or process improvement experience
- Experience in architecture design and technology selection
- Frontend or mobile app development experience, or PM experience
