Kauche is seeking a Data Analyst (Contract Employee) to build and maintain data infrastructure, enabling data-driven decision-making. The role involves designing and constructing data warehouses and data marts, collaborating with Product Managers and other stakeholders to conduct analyses that drive business growth. This position is crucial for enhancing data accuracy and supporting AI-driven analytics.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst
- Advanced SQL proficiency
- Experience designing and building data warehouses/data marts
- Ability to hypothesize and analyze for business/product growth
- Dashboard building skills
- Communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders (PdMs, engineers, etc.)
- Basic statistical knowledge and application
- Interest and practical experience in using AI tools (e.g., Claude) for analysis efficiency
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Dataform/dbt for data transformation/modeling
- Experience analyzing large-scale data with BigQuery
