Must-haves
- Experience leading the establishment of security/governance in SaaS companies or similar.
- Experience in negotiation and communication with enterprise clients and internal/external stakeholders.
- Experience leading from policy formulation to execution in highly uncertain domains.
Nice-to-haves
- Risk advisory experience in strategy consulting or general consulting (e.g., Big 4).
- Experience as a security/governance lead in mega-venture companies or companies preparing for IPO.
- Cybersecurity-related certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, etc.).
- Deep insight into AI technology, regulations, and ethics, or a legal background.
