VARIETAS is seeking an SRE Lead to ensure the reliability of their AI examination services, which are being adopted by numerous major Japanese enterprises. Must-haves
- Experience in SRE/infrastructure operations in large-scale, high-traffic environments (B2B2C or mission-critical systems).
- Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) including design, construction, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to make technical decisions based on understanding of the technology stack.
- Experience leading operational improvements through coordination with multiple stakeholders.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience as a Product Manager or Tech Lead.
- Knowledge of product security infrastructure and monitoring system design.
- Experience with SaaS/enterprise operations and maintenance.
- Experience implementing SLI/SLO and error budgets.
- Experience building and migrating full IaC environments using Terraform.
- Large-scale operational experience with container technologies (Kubernetes, ECS).
