We are seeking a Senior SRE to establish operation automation and reliability infrastructure, taking an AI-first approach. You will be the first dedicated SRE, building the foundation for a future SRE team. This role is crucial for supporting our rapid business growth and redefining the next generation of e-commerce experiences globally.
Must-haves
- 5+ years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer, SRE, or DevOps.
- 3+ years of experience designing, building, and operating production environments on AWS.
- Experience managing infrastructure using IaC tools like Terraform.
- Experience handling production incidents, investigating root causes, and implementing preventative measures.
- Experience with team development and code reviews using Git/GitHub.
- Strong motivation to utilize AI-assisted tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) for infrastructure operations.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience launching an SRE team or function.
- Production operation experience with Kubernetes (EKS/GKE).
- Experience designing and operating infrastructure on GCP.
- Experience operating highly available systems with large-scale traffic (tens of thousands RPS or more).
- Development experience with Go, Python, or TypeScript for tools and automation scripts.
- Advanced database operations (tuning/availability design for RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB, Redis, etc.).
- Experience with AI/LLM for infrastructure operation automation and failure detection.

Work style

Salary: ¥10,000,000 - ¥21,000,000 per year. Probationary period of 6 months with no change in salary or benefits.
