Must-haves
- 3+ years of practical experience in iOS app development using Swift
- Practical experience in architecture design (MVVM/Clean Architecture, etc.)
- Performance improvement and refactoring experience
- Development experience in a team with a code review culture
- Able to commute to the office at least once a week
Nice-to-haves
- Experience leading technology selection and design policy formulation
- Track record of mid-to-long-term operation of iOS apps and resolution of technical debt
- Collaborative design experience with backend API design
- Experience implementing large-scale data / high-frequency update UIs
- Technical lead or mentoring experience
- Knowledge of the financial/securities domain, or actual investment experience
