Seeking a Tech Lead / AI/ML Engineer to drive AI/LLM product development from PoC to production, including MLOps. You will build ML models and pipelines, and collaborate with business stakeholders to identify issues, define requirements, and optimize operations.
Must-haves
- Hands-on experience building ML models (CV/LLM), agent foundations, and MLOps pipelines.
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders (planning, product, clients, management).
- Experience in problem identification, requirements definition, architecture selection, and operational improvement.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with multi-LLM (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Local LLM) and Amazon Bedrock.
- Experience building autonomous AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, or MCP.
- Experience implementing Vector DB and RAG pipelines.
- Experience optimizing inference latency and costs.
- Experience with ML experiment management and hyperparameter optimization (MLflow, Optuna).
