Avale Solutions is seeking a PMO Manager to partner with Project Managers, formulating overall project management policies and driving projects across multiple teams and related companies. You will be expected to oversee the entire project, predict future risks, and guide the project in the right direction through coordination with stakeholders.
Must-haves
- Experience in project management and PMO
- Ability to formulate project plans, master schedules, and management policies
- Experience in comprehensive management of progress, issues, risks, quality, cost, and personnel
- Experience in cross-team and cross-vendor issue resolution and consensus building
- Experience in reporting and coordination for management and stakeholders
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in analysis of critical issues and risks, formulation of response policies, and decision support
- Experience in instructing, reviewing, and developing PMO members, and improving management processes
Work style
Onsite, with project assignments considering employee preferences for industries and desired involvement.
