Lead native mobile application development and help build an in-house development organization. You will drive new feature development, UX/UI improvements, and ensure stable operations for multiple products, contributing to business success.
Hybrid work is available. Tuesdays and Fridays are designated office days. Remote work is possible on other days. Onboarding period (1 month) requires more frequent office visits. Team meetings may require office presence. Location: Tokyo.
Annual salary: 6,000,000 JPY - 10,000,000 JPY. Flextime system with core hours 11:00-16:00. Standard working hours: 8 hours/day. Monthly work hours: around 160 hours. Overtime: average 22 hours/month. Paid leave: 120+ days/year. Paid vacation: up to 20 days upon hiring (pro-rated). Company-designated holidays (summer/year-end) can be taken flexibly. Foreign nationals are welcome.
