Oz VISION is seeking a Product Manager (Manager Candidate) to lead the transformation of their in-house EC platform from a reactive to a proactive, product-led organization. You will be responsible for defining product strategy, driving business growth, and enhancing customer experience.
Hybrid, with 2 days/week in the Tokyo office (Shibuya-ku, Jingu-mae). Some remote work is possible, but office visits may be required for team meetings. Higher frequency of office visits during the 1-month onboarding period.
Annual salary: ¥8,000,000 - ¥10,000,000. Flextime system with core hours 11:00-16:00. Standard working hours: 8 hours/day. Total annual holidays: 120+ days.
