Seeking a Bridge SE to facilitate system development with offshore teams in Vietnam. You will bridge client needs in Japan with the development team in Vietnam, ensuring high-quality product delivery through technical expertise and strong communication.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of system development experience
- Web application development experience using web languages (frameworks not specified)
- Backend development experience for web systems
- Experience in managing external vendors and client negotiation (offshore development experience is a plus)
- Business-level Japanese communication skills (JLPT N1 or equivalent)
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with AI agents in development
- Hands-on experience as a Bridge SE in offshore development
- Project management (PM/PL) experience
- Extensive backend development experience
- Backend performance tuning experience
- Experience writing backend test code
- Database design/tuning experience
