VARIETAS is seeking an SRE Engineer to design and operate common platforms supporting multiple products. The role focuses on enhancing the reliability of the "AI Interviewer" product to a social infrastructure level, especially as adoption by major Japanese enterprises accelerates.
Must-haves
- Experience building and operating infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Practical experience with IaC using Terraform or similar configuration management tools.
- Experience building or improving CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience designing or operating monitoring and alerting systems (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus).
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, etc.).
- Experience improving deployment processes (reducing lead time, failure rates).
- Experience with incident response and post-mortems.
- Experience with load testing and performance optimization.
