We are seeking a Field Application Engineer to join our team in Osaka. You will collaborate with sales representatives to understand customer challenges and propose optimal product and system configurations, driving sales forward. Building trust through post-implementation technical support is also a key part of this role.
Must-haves
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Japanese language proficiency for smooth communication and client interaction
- Willingness to learn and communicate in English or Chinese for business (translation tools are acceptable)
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in corporate sales, proposal-based sales, customer support, or client-facing roles
- Experience in the semiconductor, electronic components, or industrial equipment industry
- Basic knowledge of PCs, servers, or networks, or experience building PCs
- Experience or qualifications such as IT Passport or Fundamental Information Technology Engineer Examination
- Practical experience using English or Chinese

Work style
Onsite in Osaka office with business trips for client meetings and exhibitions. Primary service area is Western Japan, focusing on Kansai and Kyushu. Flexible work hours with core time from 10:00 to 15:00.

Salary range: 5,000,000 - 7,000,000 JPY per year. Employment type: Full-time employee. Probationary period: 3 months.
