ENKINLAB is seeking a Bridge SE to connect Japanese and overseas development teams (India, Vietnam) for their SaaS product "EnkinGT" and client projects. This role involves more than just translation; it requires technical understanding to ensure accurate implementation and quality, leveraging AI tools in the development process.
Must-haves
- Practical experience in web system development
- Experience in basic or detailed design
- Ability to read code and understand implementation details

- Experience organizing requirements/specifications with multiple stakeholders

Work style
Onsite in Tokyo (Iidabashi office) is the premise for fast-paced communication and technical decision-making within the small Japanese team. Flexible working hours with core time (10:00-16:00).

Annual salary: ¥7,000,000 - ¥10,000,000. Probation period: 3 months (no change in conditions).
