Backend Engineer (AI Product Development) for Visual Bank / THE PEN. You will be responsible for the backend of PEN editor and the inference infrastructure for image generation models, connecting models and products to ensure creators can use them daily. The team is expanding its backend and infrastructure capabilities.
Hybrid: Primarily remote with an estimated 2 days/week in the Tokyo office (Minato-ku, Minami-Aoyama) for management and development meetings.
Annual salary: ¥6,000,000 - ¥9,000,000. Full flex-time system (no core hours).
