Digital Garage is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join their core technology organization, DG Technology. You will lead projects from business requirements analysis through to design, implementation, and direction of development partners, with a focus on in-house development of DX and payment platform businesses.
Must-haves
- Experience in backend system design, development, and operation.
- Experience in frontend development (including UI/UX design).
- Knowledge and experience in infrastructure (cloud infrastructure construction/operation).
- Agile mindset and experience in flexible development during the trial-and-error phase of early-stage projects.
- Willingness to challenge new technologies and businesses.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience leading technology selection and architecture design.
- Experience in payment, FinTech, or DX product development.
- Experience in developing high-security, high-availability social infrastructure level systems.
- Experience solving technical challenges in product growth phases (scalability, performance improvement).
- Experience adopting and introducing the latest front-end/back-end/infrastructure technologies (including generative AI).

Work style
Full flex time system. Hybrid work with 2 days/week in office. Locations: Shibuya, Tokyo; Sapporo, Hokkaido; Ebisu, Tokyo.
Other notes
Salary range: 6,000,000 - 10,000,000 JPY per year. Includes fixed overtime and late-night work allowance.
