This role involves the implementation and operation of the in-house service "Cloud EDI-Platform," a leading service in the industry. You will manage projects for major clients, from requirements definition to design, setup, testing, and cutover. You will also handle inquiries and operational support for existing customers, building strong client relationships.
3 days remote/week, flexible work system (staggered work hours & hourly paid leave). Recommended to commute to the West Japan branch (Osaka) for part of the training (travel expenses covered, duration negotiable).
