We are recruiting initial members for the lead generation team of an AI-native CRM. This role involves demand generation, outbound BDR activities, business development collaboration, and supporting the sales team by qualifying leads.
Full remote / Hybrid work options available. Tokyo Headquarters. Flextime system (no core hours). Primarily remote, office use is optional. Offline meetings as needed (average 1-few times per month).
Monthly salary: ¥300,000 - (includes 45 hours of presumed overtime). Bonus paid based on performance. Probationary period: 3 months. Stock option grants. Rented company housing system.
