Hiway is seeking an SRE Lead to support the stable operation of their AI-native CRM product, Hiway. You will join a small, elite team of 4 developers and operators to improve service reliability and build/operate the infrastructure foundation, while also participating in feature development.
Full remote / Hybrid work options available. Tokyo Headquarters. Flextime system (no core hours, 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM). Primarily remote, office use is optional. Offline meetings as needed (average 1-数 times per month).
Salary: 6 million JPY or more (includes fixed overtime allowance for 45 hours). Stock options granted.
