Hiway is seeking a Backend Engineer to lead the core development of their AI-native CRM product, Hiway. You will be responsible for API design, AI feature implementation, and building external service integrations within a lean, elite team of 4 developers.
Full remote / Hybrid work options available. Flextime system (no core hours). Primarily remote, office use is optional. Offline meetings as needed (average 1-few times per month).
Salary: 6 million JPY or more (includes fixed overtime allowance for 45 hours). Employment Type: Full-time employee. Probationary period: 3 months. Stock options granted.
