As a member of the Applied Development team, you will be responsible for the rapid development of PoCs and MVPs for new products utilizing AI and natural language processing technologies. You will also apply AI technologies to existing products and internal operations, driving the "0 to 1" and "1 to 10" phases by quickly converting technical seeds into customer value.
Must-haves
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science or a related field.
- Ability to design and build infrastructure using major cloud platforms like GCP or AWS.
- Proficiency in Rust, Python, or TypeScript for developing flexible and high-performance software.
- Experience developing systems that incorporate machine learning models such as LLMs.
- Practical experience in data science, including analysis, preprocessing, and visualization of structured and unstructured data.
- Excellent documentation skills and ability to communicate effectively in text.
- Japanese language proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).
- English language proficiency (reading and writing).
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in front-end development and prototyping using React or Next.js.
- Understanding of MLOps best practices and ability to build systems for efficient model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Ability to collaborate with NLP experts, understand business and technical constraints, and design overall system architecture.

Other notes
Annual salary: ¥8,000,000 - ¥16,000,000. Includes 20 hours of fixed overtime per month, with additional compensation for excess hours. Stock option system available.
