Seeking a QA Lead to design new quality assurance standards for a growing company supporting 8 businesses. This role involves defining quality policies, test standards, and release gates in collaboration with AI and human teams, reporting directly to management.
Must-haves
- 2+ years of experience in building CRM platforms and server-side logic development (triggers/batches/test classes) on those platforms.
- Experience in test design and strategy, including normal, abnormal, boundary, and data integrity, considering CRM platform constraints (API, CPU time, large data, asynchronous processing).
- Experience designing test coverage regulations (e.g., 75%) based on what each test guarantees.
- Experience operating release gates (release decision criteria) in a cycle with releases at least twice a month.
- Experience identifying root causes of quality issues and independently planning and executing improvement measures.
- Experience reviewing and accepting AI-generated code, able to explain the rationale for acceptance or rejection.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience building deployment automation using CLI/Metadata API and integrating automated tests into CI pipelines.
- Experience designing the division of responsibilities for E2E, integration, and unit tests, and managing automation rates and execution times.
- Experience designing regression tests to derive necessary tests from the scope of change.
- Experience as the primary person responsible for quality assurance in building/modifying CRM platforms used by 100+ business users (2+ cases preferred).
- Experience operating quality KPIs from design to improvement measures and effect measurement using data.
- Experience building systems for AI-assisted test automation and AI delegation/acceptance of test code generation.
- Experience designing and operating deterministic guardrails where humans approve artifacts only after passing automated tests.

Annual salary range: 5,000,000 to 9,000,000 JPY. Starting monthly salary: 360,000 JPY.
