ClassLab. is seeking a Tech Lead to build an AI-native development organization where AI and humans collaborate. You will define new standards for technology and development processes, driving automation through RAG and AI agents. This role reports directly to management and involves significant decision-making power regarding technology selection and architecture.
Must-haves
- Experience in full-cycle web application development (requirements definition to release).
- Experience making design decisions for enterprise systems (front-end, back-end, DB) with over 300 users, including access control, approval flows, and auditing.
- Over 1 year of experience as a tech lead, responsible for technical decisions and PR reviews.
- Proven track record of establishing architectural standards and conventions for a team.
- Experience identifying root causes of issues and proposing alternative solutions.
- Experience systematizing test cases (normal, abnormal, boundary, data integrity) for business systems with over dozens of users.
- Experience integrating AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code) into development workflows and delegating module-level tasks.
Nice-to-haves
- 3+ years of server-side logic development experience (triggers, batch, test classes) on a CRM platform.
- Experience building RAG-based knowledge utilization platforms or AI agents for business processes.
- Experience designing and developing autonomous AI agents (e.g., for automated development and testing).
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines and IaC infrastructure.
- Experience with large data processing and designing under external API rate limits.
- Experience building quality guardrails like AI reviews and CI gates.
- Experience leading cross-departmental issue resolution involving stakeholder coordination.
- Experience quantitatively managing quality KPIs (availability, error rate, MTTR).
