As a core member, you will participate in large-scale system replacement projects in the Kanto region, handling everything from the initial stages (requirements definition, basic design, architecture selection) to development, testing, and project management. You will work on modernizing legacy systems or developing new web applications for major manufacturing, finance, and web service companies.
Must-haves
- Experience with Java and Spring Boot for backend development
- Experience in requirements definition, basic design, and domain design
- Experience with public cloud environments (AWS, Microsoft Azure)
- Experience in project management or leading projects
