Must-haves
- Experience in requirement definition, basic design, and domain design using Java.
- Experience designing and developing APIs and microservices using Spring Boot or Spring Cloud.
- Experience with logical/physical design of RDBs (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and SQL/query optimization.
- Experience in cloud-native backend implementation on public cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
- Experience as a Project Leader/Manager, including progress management, code reviews, team building, and vendor control.
